The Creative work life balance – BalanCed project provides an innovative and comprehensive service that enhances and enriches human resources through art. It is based on the insights of positive psychology, which teach that people who feel better are more satisfied, persistent, and optimistic and are more successful at facing life’s challenges and trials.

The project aims to support employees and their families to better manage challenges, build children’s competencies, support organisations in caring for their employees, build employees’ creativity competencies, and explore the effects of work-life enrichment.

The project also includes a creative centre where we design ceramics, learn basic photography, sew clothes, and make new, creative products from old clothes. At the centre, we take care of your well-being and protect your children so that you can relax and devote yourself to creating.

HAVE YOU EVER DONE ANY WORK WITH INSPIRATION AND PASSION?

It is a state of complete immersion throughout the process of creation, during which you do not think about what is going on around you, but enjoy what you are doing at a given moment.

In such moments, new ideas and solutions are born.

Psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi named the described state “flow”. In a state of enthusiasm, we realise our talents and experience complete satisfaction with what we do. There are also long-term benefits that being in a state of enthusiasm brings, as experiencing enthusiasm has an impact on overall satisfaction with life, on the meaning of life, and on feelings of happiness. In the work environment, it is linked to productivity, commitment, and motivation.

Feeling enthusiastic is not a skill that needs to be learned, but an experiential way of working that you will be able to develop in the Creative Centre.

As part of the BalanCed project, we create a creative environment and conditions for experiencing a sense of enthusiasm for creative work. We expect that engaging in creative activities will improve your well-being, increase your motivation to work, reduce stress, and thus have a positive impact on your work-life balance.
